No hidden fees from Banana AI. The price you see is the plan or credit pack price, and any required taxes, if applicable, are calculated securely by Creem at checkout. We never add surprise platform fees, hidden generation fees, or extra charges after checkout.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Creem checkout, so your card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored on Banana AI servers. We do not store your full credit card number.
How do credits work?
Credits are the balance used to run AI image and video generation tasks. Different tools or quality settings may use different credit amounts, and the required cost is shown before you generate whenever the tool supports it.
When are credits deducted?
For paid users, credits are deducted when a generation completes successfully. If a task fails before completion because of a service error, timeout, or moderation refusal, your paid credits should not be consumed for that failed task.
Do credits expire?
No, credits purchased never expire. You can use them whenever you want.
What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time pack?
Subscriptions are best if you create regularly because they add credits each billing cycle and can be managed through the billing portal. One-time packs are a single purchase for occasional use.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription through the customer billing portal from your account. After cancellation, you keep access to the paid plan benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What should I do if my credits do not arrive after payment?
Most payments are applied automatically after checkout. If your balance does not update within a few minutes, email support@banana-ai.art with your account email and order details. We can verify the payment event and apply the missing credits when appropriate.
